Study “Who leads in(to) the future – Men and women in leadership positions of the German Economy”
The aim of the well-known study “Who leads in(to) the future – Men and women in leadership positions of the German Economy”, published for the sixth time since 1986, is to get deeper knowledge about the situation of women and men in management positions. Topics are challenges and hurdles in daily professional life, career paths, the compatibility of family and occupation, ethical values and norms as well as satisfaction with salary and working conditions.
