The student exchange contains two students for one semester (five months).

Lectures are held in English (B1).

You can get further information about ERASMUS exchange procedures at the International Office of the FAU. For questions concerning visa, entrance and residence in the guest country please contact the consulate of the country.

Selection Criteria

  • Performance in the MA DEIS (Grade Point Average)
  • Language Skills (B1)
  • Motivation
  • Integration of planned courses abroad into studies at FAU

Application Process

Application deadline is January, 31.

Please hand in the following documents:

  • Transcript of Records
  • CV
  • Documents of your language skills
  • Letter of motivation

Please send your documents to Prof. Jürgen Kähler, i. R. Ph.D (Senior Professor of Economics).

Exchange students as well have to apply at the respective university. This is an administrative issue, there is no further selection process involved. Application deadline: August, 20 and December, 20.
